Ordering Instructions

Payment Methods

1.Credit Card Payment: When you choose online credit card payment, the process is secured through SSL encryption to protect your personal privacy.

2.Convenience Store Payment and Pickup: After completing the order process, you will need to visit the designated store for payment when the product is ready for pickup, in accordance with the expected delivery time.

3.Convenience Store Code/Barcode: Following the completion of the order process, the checkout screen will display a set of convenience store codes/barcodes. You can follow the on-screen instructions to make the payment at the convenience store, and the system will automatically prepare your order once the payment is confirmed.

4.ATM Payment: You can transfer the order amount through physical/internet ATMs or online banking. The system will prepare your order automatically upon successful confirmation of the payment.

5.Cash on Delivery: After completing the order process, the product will be delivered via home delivery. The delivery person will collect the payment when delivering the product. This payment method accepts cash only. Please ensure that you are available to answer your phone when the product is delivered to avoid any delivery issues.

6.Secure Payment: Our website's payment service is provided by "ECpay" from Green World Technology. All payment processes use "ECpay" for your peace of mind.

Delivery Time

  1. Orders will be shipped within one business day after the order is placed (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays).

  2. Convenience Store Pickup: Expected delivery to the designated store within 3-5 business days. For example, if you order on Monday, the product will arrive on Thursday.

[Note: Currently, 7-Eleven pickup is available for the outlying islands of Penghu and Kinmen, but not for other outlying island areas.]

  1. Home Delivery/Hsinchu Logistics: Expected delivery to the specified address within 3-4 business days. For example, if you order on Monday, the product will arrive on Thursday.

Return and Exchange Policy

★ No Exchange Accepted ★

Exchange: We do not accept exchanges. To save your waiting time for a new product, we follow a policy of refund only. If you require an exchange, please proceed with a return and then place a new order.

Return: If the product you receive does not meet your requirements, please contact customer service within 7 days to discuss the return.

Return and Exchange Notes: Returned products must be returned to their original condition, i.e., they must be returned to their original state when you received the product. For bundled products, all items must be returned together, and partial product returns are not accepted. The following situations may affect your return rights:

  • You had the opportunity to inspect the product before you received it.
  • Other circumstances that lead to damage, loss, or alteration of the product and can be attributed to you.

If you have received a paper invoice, please return it along with the product. Please ensure that the returned products are packaged properly in the same packaging used by the delivery company. If the original packaging is lost, please use another box to wrap the product, but do not attach labels or write on the original packaging directly. If the original packaging is damaged, a refund may be deducted from the damage fee.

After applying for a return or exchange, please actively request a receipt from the delivery company and keep it until the return or exchange process is completed for future inquiries.
