Name Requirement

Please ensure that you enter your full name in the name field. This is essential for order processing and verification when picking up your order at a convenience store.


Payment Methods

Credit Card Payment

  • When you choose to pay online with a credit card, your transaction will be processed using SSL encryption to protect your personal information.

Convenience Store Payment & Pickup

  • After completing your order, you can pick up and pay for your items at the selected convenience store once they arrive.

Convenience Store Code/Barcode Payment

  • After checkout, a payment code or barcode will be displayed on the screen. Follow the instructions and complete the payment at a convenience store. Once the system confirms the payment, the order will be prepared for shipment.

ATM Payment

  • Transfer the order amount via physical ATM, online ATM, or online banking. Once the payment is confirmed, the order will be processed for shipment.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • The order will be delivered via home delivery service, and the courier will collect the payment upon delivery.
  • Only cash payments are accepted for COD orders.
  • Please ensure your phone is reachable to avoid missed deliveries.

Secure Payment

  • Our payment processing is provided by ECpay Green World Technology. All transactions are securely handled through ECpay, ensuring a safe shopping experience.

Shipping & Delivery Time

  1. Processing Time

    • Orders are shipped within 1 business day after confirmation. (Excluding weekends and public holidays)
  2. Convenience Store Pickup

    • Estimated 3-5 business days for delivery to the selected store.
    • Example: If you order on Monday, the package will arrive by Thursday.
    • [Limited to Penghu and Kinmen for 7-11 pickup in outlying islands. Other island regions are not supported.]
  3. Home Delivery (HCT Logistics)

    • Estimated 3-4 business days for delivery to the specified address.
    • Example: If you order on Monday, the package will arrive by Thursday.
    • [Delivery times may vary for remote areas. Please contact us if you have concerns.]
  4. In-Store Pickup

    • Please contact us via phone or LINE customer service to schedule a pickup.

Return & Exchange Policy

No Exchanges

  • We do not accept product exchanges to minimize waiting time.
  • If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

Returns

  • If the received product does not meet your expectations, please contact customer service within 7 days to arrange a return.

Return Conditions & Guidelines

  • Returned items must be in their original condition, including packaging.
  • For bundle products, all items in the bundle must be returned together.
  • Partial returns of bundle products are not accepted.

🔹 Situations that may affect your return eligibility:
✔ You had the opportunity to inspect the product before receiving it.
✔ Any damage, loss, or alteration of the product due to improper handling.
✔ Failure to return the original invoice if one was issued.

🔹 Packaging Requirements for Returns:

  • Use the original shipping carton to pack the return.
  • If the original carton is lost, please use a new box to protect the product’s original packaging.
  • Do not attach labels or write directly on the original packaging.
  • If the original packaging is damaged, a damage fee may be deducted from your refund.

Return Procedure

  • After initiating a return request, retain the shipping receipt from the courier for tracking purposes.
  • If you have questions about the product, please contact customer service before purchasing to reduce unnecessary returns and prevent food waste.
